I do not accept insurance, but I can provide superbills for submission to your insurance agency which may result in partial or full reimbursement based on your individual insurance plan.

As much as I'd love to make sessions convenient for everyone, I offer in-person sessions only and do not provide virtual appointments. I believe face-to-face interactions foster a deeper connection, allowing for a more personalized and effective therapeutic experience.
I believe everyone is meant to live a life of joy and peace. I delight in the human person and see each person as having great dignity. Sometimes our life circumstances can seem to steal our joy, leave us anxious and confused or just numb. This is not how life is meant to be lived.
